- 1-Year Commercial & Industrial Warranty: Robust coverage for high-traffic retail, Kitchens, hospitality, and commercial warehouse floors.
- 1-Year Tiled Surface Resurfacing Warranty: Specialised application coverage for installations applied directly over existing tiles.
What is Covered:
- No Hot-Tyre Pick-Up: We guarantee your residential floor will never peel, scar, or lift under hot vehicle tyres straight off the road.
- Permanent Structural Adhesion: Your epoxy system will permanently bond to the prepared substrate without bubbling or lifting under standard daily use.
- UV & Chemical Resistance: Your industrial polyaspartic topcoat is guaranteed against standard garage oil leaks, fuel spills, and UV yellowing.
What is Excluded:
This warranty covers application and material durability under standard operating conditions. It explicitly excludes pre-existing or post-installation structural concrete slab cracking (due to building settlement or ground movement), physical impact abuse (dropping heavy tools or machinery), or hydrostatic moisture vapour transmission rising from beneath a compromised concrete foundation.

Our tiled resurfacing warranty strictly excludes any floor failure caused by pre-existing hollows (“drummy tiles”), or the failure, breakdown, and degradation of the original tile adhesive or bedding screeds sitting beneath our coatings.
